  • Please send me a message on Instagram once you scheduled an appointment.

  • For waivers and details on how to prepare for your brows, lashes, facials, and hair removal.

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

    To provide the best service to all of our clients, there's a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within less than 24 hours or no-shows will incur a fee in the full amount of service. The existing deposit will not be applied to your next appointment.

    We understand that life happens and you may need to adjust your appointment time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. There will be no fee for rescheduling in advance. The existing deposit will transfer over once, for the first reschedule only. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full service fee. This is to account for the time and resources reserved for you. The existing deposit will not be applied to your next appointment.

  • All deposits are used towards the service balance. Please be deposit ready when booking your appointment. If I do not receive your deposit within the hour of your appointment request I will decline your appointment. You are welcome to book again once you are deposit ready.

    New Clients $50 nonrefundable deposit

    Returning Clients $30 nonrefundable deposit

  • Cash, Zelle or Venmo are approved

  • I give my clients a 10 minute grace period. If you are arriving more than 10 minutes late, please communicate with me ahead of time.

  • If you’re interested in booking an appointment outside of normal business hours, please contact me directly on Instagram. There is a flat fee of $10 for early bird/late owl appointments.

  • Clients past 15 minutes late without notice are considered a "no-show". All no-shows will be charged the full amount of service. Please be considerate of my time and business.

  • This is your time babe! Your guests will be asked to leave or your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee in the full amount of service will be charged. A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

  • There is guest parking available. Let me know when you are outside so I can let you in for guest parking located on Inglewood Ave. Pull up to the front of the gate, so you are off of the street.

  • These are all timed appointments and talking on the phone will add delays. Kindly silence your phone before your appointment, I will not be answering any calls.

  • Shoes must come off upon entering. I provide guest slippers, but if you feel more comfortable keeping your socks on/bringing socks you are more than welcome to decline the guest slippers.
