We are excited to have you as a new client. To ensure your appointment is secured and smooth send a message via Instagram after booking your first appointment, and a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost.

All deposits are used towards the service balance. Please be deposit ready when booking your appointment.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
To provide the best service to all of our clients, there's a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows* or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full service amount.
We understand that life happens and you may need to adjust your appointment time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid any fees. Same-day rescheduling is allowed once as a courtesy. After that, a $30 fee applies for any additional same-day changes.
*Clients past 15 minutes late without notice are considered a "no-show".

I give my clients a 10 minute grace period. If you are arriving more than 10 minutes late, please communicate with me ahead of time.

If you’re interested in booking an appointment outside of normal business hours, please contact me directly on Instagram. There is a flat fee of $10 for early bird/late owl appointments. Please keep in mind, appointments outside of regular hours are per request only.

This is your time babe! Your guests will be asked to leave or your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee in the full amount of service will be charged. A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

There is guest parking available. Let me know when you are outside so I can let you in for guest parking located on Inglewood Ave. Pull up to the front of the gate, so you are off of the street.

These are all timed appointments and talking on the phone will add delays. Kindly silence your phone before your appointment, I will not be answering any calls.

Shoes must come off upon entering. I provide guest slippers, but if you feel more comfortable keeping your socks on/bringing socks you are more than welcome to decline the guest slippers.
